450 EURO SUPPORT

According to the government, more than 3,500 subsidy applications have already been accepted. The new arrangement provides financial support of up to 450 euros to pre-equip a parking space for the subsequent installation of a charging station and covers the cost of installing a collective smart charging management system.

The statement states that it's technically best to "install the charging stations as part of a coherent project and aim to equip an entire building." Owners and tenants will receive incentives to share the joint costs of charging station installation, even if the charging station is installed later.

The owners will also be able to benefit from financial assistance.

In addition to the extension, the group of beneficiaries has also been expanded. Private law legal entities (such as non-profit associations, foundations and civil law companies) that do not engage in economic activity will now also be able to access this financial incentive.
